Shipping Information:

Wild Alaska Chaga ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail to ensure speedy delivery of all our products. Your tracking number will automatically be sent to your email.

Shipping is $6.00 for orders up to $30.00 and $12.00 for orders over $30.00 within the United States. Expect delivery within 1-3 days of shipping date.

Orders from Canada are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International at rates of $25.00 for orders up to $30.00, $46.00 for orders up to $200.00, and $60.00 for orders over $200.00. Expect delivery within 1-2 weeks of shipping date.

All other international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International at a cost of $34.00 for orders up to $30.00, $74.00 for orders up to $200.00, $93.00 for orders over $200.00. Expect delivery within 1-2 weeks of shipping date.

Due to varying order volume, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship. Please check with local laws and customs for the importation of international orders.

Returns & Refunds:

If you are unsatisfied with your order, it is damaged, or we made an error, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

For products that arrive damaged or for incorrect orders, we will pay the return shipping and send you a replacement free of charge. If you do not want a replacement, please return your order in its original packaging (you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost) for a full refund (minus original shipping cost).
